Download and unzip Cursors.

Open Windows (C :) Windows.

Among them is Cursors.

I put the downloaded Cursors together with the folder.

Close the window once.

Then open "Pointer" of "Mouse Properties".

Right-click on the taskbar and click Taskbar Settings..

Open it with 「Bluetooth and devices」→ 「Mouse」→ 「Additional mouse settings」.

Double-click the blue place.

Click Cursors.

Click Normal.cur.

Click OK.

Set everything up like this and save it with a name.

Saved as Mac.
