Put the text in the taskbar like this.

First unpin all of the apps from the taskbar and hide their addresses.

Please make a folder somewhere like the image.

I made it as a "3D Object".

Next, right-click the taskbar, click “New toolbar” from “Toolbar”, and select the location of the created folder.

I chose "3D Object" because I made it for "3D Object".

Select Finder and click "Select Folder".

Then, Finder text was created on the taskbar.

Repeat in the order of "Finder", "File", "Edit", "View", "Go", "Window", and "Help".

Then right-click on the taskbar and click "Lock the taskbar" to remove the check.

Two vertical lines were created between the characters as in the image.

Drag the two vertical lines to the left.

Please make it look like this image.

Then right-click on the taskbar and check "Lock the taskbar".

Done.
